1. Contact Karen@bloomsburyfarm.com or call 319-446-7667 to notify of participation authorization;
2. Click on n"Printer-Friendly Version;"
3. Type your company name and address where indicated;
4. Print page using your print function;
5. Make enough copies for each of your employees and their guest(s);
6. Authorize the coupon with your (or your designee's) signature. Only originally-signed coupons will be honored;
7. Disburse coupon(s) to employees. Each employee and guest(s) must present an originally signed coupon to gain admission.

Your employee and their guest(s) will be admitted to Bloomsbury Farms using the coupon (one coupon per individual). All other incidentals are to be paid for by the employee and/or family member.

Every admission coupon received will reduce the entrance fee by $1.50. Instead of paying $10 entry fees for each individual, the company will be billed only $8.50* for each individual entry. That's a discount of 15%! On a monthly basis, Bloomsbury Farm will track the number of coupons utilized by your employees and their guests and send the bill to your company.
