This year we are proud to announce that Bloomsbury Farm will be partnering with Four Oaks as the inspiration for our 10-Acre Corn Maze Design!  Four Oaks, a non-profit child welfare, juvenile justice, and behavioral health agency founded in 1973 and headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, offers services to children and families in all 99 Iowa counties. Four Oaks, and its affiliates, serves more than 14,000 people annually throughout the state.   Four Oaks carries out its mission to “assure children become successful adults” by providing holistic prevention, intervention, and treatment programs and services.

In our 10-Acre Corn Maze, we feature 2 interactive games!

Game #1:  Corn Text.  There are 10 signs scattered throughout the Maze, on which you will find a code (example: Corn44) and a number to text that code to (91011).  When you text that code to the number, you will receive a fun fact about our Farm!  If you wish to play the actual game, you can first get a game sheet from the Gift Shop that will have questions for you to answer.  The answers will be the fun facts you receive.  Fill out your game sheet, and return it to the Gift Shop for a piece of candy! 

Game #2:  Puzzle Map.  The second game involves a blank map and an envelope full of puzzle pieces, which you receive at the Gift Shop.  As you venture through the Maze, you will find 10 numbered signs.  When you find the #1 sign, pull the #1 puzzle piece out of your envelope and stick it in its spot on your blank map.  Once you've found all of the signs, your map should be completely filled in!  You can then take your completed map to the Gift Shop to receive a piece of candy!
