1. Paid admission is required for all attendees.
2. Final count for group attendees must be provided no later than 24 hours prior to the expected visit.
3. Admissions tickets do not need to be pre-purchased. Tickets can be purchased by the group leader at the ticket booth on the date of the visit.
4. Payment for the campfire site/barn rentals must be received within 14 days from the date the reservation is made, or the slot will be made available to other groups.
5. If the group wishes to pre-purchase tickets, the tickets must be paid for at the same time as the campfire site and food packages.
6. If Bloomsbury Farm is closed due to inclement weather on the day of your expected visit, we will refund any pre-paid fees.
7. For group visit cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the expected visit, Bloomsbury Farm will refund any pre-paid fees.
8. For group visit cancellation within 10 days of expected visit, no refunds will be issued. However, the group will be given “Get in Free Passes” in a value of the original prepaid amount. These passes can be distributed at the discretion of the group leader or can be used toward a visit during the following year.
9. The group leader must check in at the ticket booth prior to going to the campfire site. If arriving as a group, the group leader should go to the ticket booth with a final count, and pay for the entire group at one time.
10. Campfire sites close at 11:00 p.m.
11. Last admission into Flashlight Maze is 9:00 p.m.
12. Groups may bring their own food/beverages to the site if they do not wish to purchase the food package.
13. Additional food available for purchase at our concession stands, or provided through our catering program.
14. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the site without the express written approval of Bloomsbury Farm.
